My practice draws inspiration from nature and its vital forces, where movement describes the inner processes in relationship to outer space.
Aiming to bring sensuality into our daily lives, I combine the elements of Thai intuitive massage, yoga, and mindfulness techniques.
Practicing allows us to recognize our everyday habits and test the limits of our minds. With practice we become able to look beyond our habitual reactions and expectations and find new ways to connect with the present moment and with our deeper self.
My classes are designed to give students the tools and techniques to access their unique bodies’ wisdom. I connect individuals to the practice through intelligent sequencing, compassionate adjustments and relevant alignment instructions.
A warm, nourishing and supportive practice space remains my top priority.

Hatha yoga is a traditional yoga method that includes postures, breathing exercises, meditation, chanting, hand gestures, cleansing techniques and visualisation.
Practiced in a gentle way, hatha yoga helps to cultivate strength, flexibility, openness, balance, and relaxation.
The class consists of both active and relaxing postures.
Through creating a physical space in your body, you gain clarity within your mind. As a result you finish the class, feeling grounded, balanced and empowered.
Yin Yoga is a physical practice, which affects the flow of energy through the connective tissue and stimulates mobility in our joints.
In Yin Yoga class, lying down or seated, we hold the postures for 3-5 minutes.
It activates the parasympathetic nervous system and stimulates the immune system.
In this practice, we also learn how to establish friendship with our bodies and minds, while practising mindfulness and awareness.

Each session consists of an initial consultation to discuss your needs and health condition, followed by guided practice with hands-on assistance when acceptable. We wrap up with a guided meditation and a talk summarising the main points that have come up during the session.
Offline sessions can be held at a rental studio or at your space.
Online sessions are held via Zoom.
